How do I get access right now?

What happens if I exceed a quota mid-month?
Most quotas (meetings, manual entries, chat messages, template uploads) reset at the start of each calendar month. When you hit a cap, the affected action returns a clear 'Quota exceeded' message. Bump your plan from the dashboard and the cap lifts immediately.
Can I customise quotas on a paid plan?
Yes. Each org can have per-quota overrides — useful when you're on Pro but need 2× chat messages just for one busy quarter. Talk to us about it.
Do my transcripts train shared models?
No. We pass them through the LLM provider (Anthropic primary, OpenAI fallback) with their opt-out settings on. Your governance JSON stays in your org's database. We don't fine-tune anything on customer data.
Is the Enterprise plan really custom?
Yes. We use 'from €500/month' as a floor for budgeting purposes, but volume, SLA, custom DPA, dedicated support, and on-prem options all shift the price. Email hello@arveniel.com and we'll scope it in a call.
What about taxes?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. EU customers see VAT calculated by Stripe at checkout based on the billing address; reverse-charge applies for VAT-registered businesses outside Italy.
